01

Who this notice concerns

TMP Consulting Ltd., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is responsible for personal information handled in connection with this website and its enquiries. Contact our privacy enquiries team at info@tmpconsultant.com with the subject “Privacy request”. This notice covers the website and initial enquiries; a client engagement may involve additional information and notices.

02

Information provided through this website

The consultation form asks for your name, email address, appointment type, service interest, preferred timeline, and an optional outline of your objectives. It prepares a message in your own email application; the website does not submit those fields to a form database. You choose whether to send the message. Do not include passports, identity numbers, bank records, or sensitive case documents in an initial enquiry.

03

Purposes and permissions

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss services, arrange appointments, and maintain necessary communications. A later engagement may require further information for an explained purpose. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We seek appropriate consent for new uses or disclosures unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

04

Providers and information sharing

Sending an email involves your email provider and TMP’s email provider. Website hosting and font delivery may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, and device information. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. No analytics, advertising pixels, client portal, payment processing, or booking embed is currently included in the site code. Relevant professional partners may need information for an agreed engagement; the scope of sharing and appropriate authority must be established first.

05

Retention, location, and safeguards

We retain personal information for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, professional, or legitimate business requirements, then delete or anonymise it when retention is no longer necessary. Retention depends on the record and engagement rather than one universal period. Our policy is to restrict access to those who need it and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. Email and hosting providers may process information outside Canada; contact us about a particular service or transfer before sharing sensitive records.

06

Your requests and concerns

You may contact info@tmpconsultant.com to request access to or correction of personal information, ask about its use, or raise a concern. Identity verification may be required to protect the information. Requests and any consent withdrawal are subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements; withdrawal may affect the services that can be provided. For information about privacy rights in British Columbia, see the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.

07

Changes and scope

This notice takes effect on 20 October 2026. Updates will be posted here with a revised date. Where a material change requires further notice or consent, we will provide it as required. Applicable privacy rights, including those under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act, are not limited by this notice.
