Status and consultation scope
The initial screening is a free 15-minute conversation about your objectives and whether further support is appropriate. The paid specialist appointment lasts 1–2 hours and includes 2–4 hours of team preparation. Delivery method, participants, and the precise scope are confirmed before booking. Applications, filings, legal drafting, tax work, and ongoing representation are not automatically included. An enquiry alone does not confirm an appointment.
Fees and confirmation
An initial 15-minute screening is free. CAD 750 covers a 1–2 hour specialist appointment and 2–4 hours of team preparation. Before payment, TMP will provide the total quoted price, any applicable taxes or additional charges, the services included, timing, supplier contact details, and cancellation terms in a written confirmation. Final case fees vary with scope and require a separate agreement. No online payment or instant booking is currently offered on this website.
At least 24 hours’ notice
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time, choose a full refund of the consultation fee paid or a reschedule, subject to available appointments. Notice is measured against the date, time, and time zone in your written confirmation.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
For a cancellation within 24 hours, or a missed appointment, one courtesy reschedule is available if requested within seven days of the original appointment. If you cannot use a reschedule, contact info@tmpconsultant.com so the circumstances can be reviewed. No additional no-show charge applies. Mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
Changes by TMP and completed services
If TMP cancels, you may choose a full refund of the consultation fee paid or an available alternative appointment. After the consultation has been delivered, a change of mind alone does not entitle you to a refund; service concerns and applicable legal rights remain reviewable. Refunds due under this policy are initiated within 10 business days after cancellation is confirmed, using the original payment method where possible. Provider processing times may vary; any shorter statutory deadline takes precedence.
Your information and professional services
Provide accurate information and raise any communication or accessibility needs when arranging the appointment. Do not email identity documents or detailed financial records until an appropriate process has been agreed. Specialist services require the appropriate professional and applicable engagement terms; an initial consultation is not a guarantee of an outcome.
Consumer rights and contact
Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer cancellation, disclosure, or refund rights. Rules can depend on how the agreement is made and the services supplied.
